SINGLE OR DOUBLE OCCUPANCY NO CHILDREN / NO PETS / NO EXCEPTIONS
Our new off-grid suites are elegantly designed and feature organic queen beds, making them an ideal choice for your Savary Island accommodation. At SBS, you can either bring your own linens or request them from us for a fee. Both gardenview suites accommodate double occupancy and require a three-night minimum stay, unless otherwise agreed upon. Each suite is situated oceanside, just steps from the path to South Beach, renowned as the best beach on Savary Island. To assist you, we offer a Facetime view of the suites to help you get your bearings, or feel free to reach out to us with any questions. Please note that we currently do not accept children or pets, ensuring our Savary Island accommodation rentals maintain a tranquil atmosphere.

Check In and Out
Check-in for your Savary Island accommodation is at 3 PM, while check-out for all Savary Island accommodation rentals is at 10 AM. This schedule allows you ample time to enjoy the stunning Savary Island beach and fully experience your Savary Island rentals.
Noise
We kindly ask that you respect your neighbors and ours by keeping noise to a minimum between 10pm and 8am, especially while enjoying your stay in our Savary Island accommodation or while relaxing at our Savary Island beach rentals.
Septic System
When enjoying your stay in our Savary Island accommodation, please remember to only flush toilet paper down the toilet to protect the septic system. This includes avoiding items such as tampons, wipes, condoms, and paper towels. Toilet paper only, please!
In addition, please do not dispose of any grease down the sinks in our Savary Island accommodation rentals. Kindly use the grease jar we have provided in the fridge, and we will happily dispose of your grease after your stay. This will help prevent any plumbing issues. Thank you!
Lastly, coffee grinds can also damage our septic system, so please refrain from putting coffee grinds down the sink. Instead, they can be placed in the garbage. Enjoy your time at Savary Island beach and in our Savary Island rentals!
Solar System
Our power system at our Savary Island accommodation is off-grid, meaning it is entirely stored in batteries. As part of your Savary Island accommodation rentals experience, we kindly ask you to turn off lights, fans, and other appliances when they are not in use. Please be aware that we have a strict NO hairdryer, curling iron, or high-energy appliance use rule at SBS to ensure that our power supply remains stable for everyone enjoying our Savary Island rentals. This practice helps us keep our Savary Island beach environment pristine for all guests.
No Smoking or Vaping on the property
To maintain a clean and healthy environment for everyone enjoying the Savary Island beach, there is a strict no smoking and no vaping policy on the property, which includes all Savary Island accommodation and Savary Island accommodation rentals, as well as Savary Island rentals.
